Got twin room with good paintings when arrived, truly enjoyed that. The breakfast food was good, different choices to eat like fresh fruit, coffee, tea, croissants, and toast.

The staff was excellent and we would stay here again. Our rooms were neat and huge with full English breakfast was extra, lovely comfortable twin beds, as for instance as expected. Loved the location that was peaceful and handy and close enough to the restaurant, motorways and airport and the pub.

The staff were cute and friendly. The bedroom was in need of significant refurbishment, with a musty smell and visible wear that detracted from the experience. Ordering food was disappointing, particularly the prawn marie rose served on dry bread with an odd pairing of gravy. The breakfast setup was also inconvenient, requiring a trek to another area just to access basic items. These factors overshadowed some otherwise good aspects of the stay.

Family with children fantastic stay
Staff were very friendly. The breakfast team was really pleasant and despite being busy, they greeted us with smiles, a nice touch, you know. Cream of the crop, I must say. My kids loved the comfortable room and clean environment-felt just like home.
Prices were a bit steep but still manageable.

Room clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast lacked variety and vegetarian options were not great.

The Toby Carvery's breakfast had me buzzing! All-you-can-eat goodness that got my day rolling. Plus, the room was clean and modern, proper spick and span! Massive bonus for the ample on-site parking too.
On the flip side, dinner was a letdown. The meat was tough and everything tasted a tad bland. The noise from other guests and the bins outside early morning didn't help the vibe either. Was hoping for a bit more chill!

The room featured tea and coffee facilities, good toiletries, and plenty of towels. The connecting corridor to the adjacent hotel provided easy access for meals and drinks.
Upon entering, I was greeted by an unappealing odor that lingered throughout my stay. The room decor looked rather worn and could certainly use a refresh, as well as a thorough cleaning-dust and hints of mold were visible around some areas. The bathroom left something to be desired, particularly in terms of appearance, made using the shower less than enjoyable. The noise levels varied throughout the night, which might be bothersome for light sleepers, considering the thin walls. I also found the breakfast options to be limited, and additional costs for tea felt a bit excessive on top of the room charge.

Can just recommend for a fleeting stay
Comfortable room, convenient location, with free parking and a nice breakfast that included a hearty cooked option, all just 5 minutes' drive from the M5 motorway.
Nothing all good.
